We provide a warranty on repairs carried out by our team. The warranty covers the work performed and parts replaced. It does not cover damages caused by accidents, mishandling, or water damage (unless a water resistance test was passed and documented).
Watches left for repair must be collected within 12 months of notification of completion. After this period, we reserve the right to sell the item to recoup repair costs, in accordance with local laws.
Prices listed on the website are estimates. Final pricing for repairs is subject to physical inspection of the timepiece.
While we take every precaution with your timepiece, Timeless Harbour Watches shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage found upon internal inspection of the watch.
